A Two-Day Competition Preparation Weekend
Have you ever wished you could experience a competition without the pressure?
This two-day weekend is designed to help you and your horse build confidence, refine your skills and experience the complete competition process in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Whether you’re preparing for your first competition or looking to polish your performance before your next event, this weekend bridges the gap between training at home and competing away.
Day One – Train, Learn & Prepare
Spend the day learning, practising and asking questions in a supportive coaching environment.
Topics include:
- Obstacle schooling and problem solving
- Test riding and improving your marks
- Competition rules and scoring
- Warm-up strategies
- Ring craft and presentation
- Course walking and obstacle techniques
- Competition mindset for horse and rider
Throughout the day you’ll have the opportunity to refine your performance, improve confidence and develop a clear plan for competition day.
Day Two – Mini Competition
Put everything you’ve learned into practice in a relaxed, encouraging competition environment.
Experience:
- Official warm-up
- Test or obstacle performance
- Judging and scoring
- Constructive feedback
- Presentations and prizes
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is to gain experience, confidence and practical knowledge that you can take to your next competition.
Suitable for riders interested in Dressage, Working Equitation or anyone wanting to improve their confidence and competition skills.
Come prepared to learn, grow and enjoy the journey from practice to performance.
